i recently moved to la and needed a chimney cap replaced, but didn't have any local contacts for recommendations. i stumbled upon cohen chimney services online and decided to give them a shot. honestly, they exceeded my expectations. from the initial phone call to the installation, everything went so smoothly. they arrived on time and took the time to explain what they were doing without making me feel like an idiot. way more professional than my last experience. as someone still getting used to a new city, it's refreshing to find reliable service like this. really glad i chose them.

had a last-minute chimney sweep need and other places weren't having it. cohen chimney services came through and made it happen without any fuss. quick call back, did a great job, and rolled up in a branded truck with uniforms, so felt trustworthy. definitely would recommend them.

Just moved to Los Angeles a few months ago and didn't know anyone for recommendations. Found Cohen Chimney Services online and took a chance. From the first call to the finished flue repair, everything was smooth. They showed up when they said they would. Explained what they were doing without being condescending about it. Honored the quote even when the job ran long. Followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was good. Its hard to find that level of service when you're new to an area. Glad I found them. Anyway, can't ask for more.

Wasn't sure what was wrong, just knew something was off. Cohen Chimney Services ran through it, showed me the actual problem, and quoted a flat price for the chimney waterproofing. No hidden fees. Took the time to show me what was actually wrong. Solid all around.

Cohen Roofing quickly responded for our request for roof estimate and gave us a reasonable price. His crew completed the project as scheduled. The recent wildfire and strong wind in California affected some tiles on our roof, he immediately sent his crew to fix them. He backed up the guarantee on the roof project which gave us peace of mind.
